Brand Story

CasaGIN was born in 2017. We create underwear, clothing and activewear good for the planet and healthy for the people. Our project is ethically and entirely made in Italy, in order to support our country and to minimize the environmental impact. It is designed for those who look for a lifestyle made of awareness. Our earliest project was a sustainable and natural underwear clothing line: the very first fabric that gets in touch with our skin. We only use natural and ecosustainable fabrics and try to be in all our processes as transparent as possibile!

Your Conscious Choice.

When you choose our eco brand partner, you help make the world more sustainable.

Brand Transparency

Who answered our brand transparency questions?

Daniela Prandin – CEO at CasaGIN.

Fair Trade

How do you ensure "Fair Trade" manufacturing? If your manufacturing or the manufacturing company you work with is certified, please list these certifications.

All the fabrics we use and our products are manufactured in Italy, and for us it’s both a quality and an ethical guarantee. We use raw materials that come from firms with strict control certifications and with “global suppliers codes of conduct”, which guarantee the respect of high minimum health standards, safety, respect of human rights, environmental protection, and ethical principles. All our laboratories are family business who have been working in this world for more than 50 years, they love what they do and we work closely together making sure that healthy working conditions are garanteed.

Social Justice

How do you ensure "Social Justice" with your internal and external corporate environment?

Producing in laboratories close to the headquarter of our company in Italy allows us to check personally the work conditions of every single person and to have human relationships with who produces our garments, who transmits the wise work of his/her artisan hands to our products.

Organic Material

Which "Organic Material" do you work with? What makes this material sustainable? And what makes it better compared to conventional material?

We use organic cotton GOTS certified, made in Italy.

Eco/Tech Material

DEZ Renewable energy21_22

Which "Eco/Tech Material" do you work with? What makes this material sustainable? And what makes it better compared to conventional material?

For our underwear and clothing line we use an eco-friendly vegetable fiber that comes from beechwood (TENCEL TM produced by Lenzing). We produce and dye our fabrics in Italy according to the strictest guidelines and making sure our products dont contain toxic substances, every steps is certified OEKO TEX standard. We use a technical fiber realized with regenerated nylon ECONYL® for our swimwear line and we are now introducing a new technical fabric with accelerated biodegradability for our activewear collection.

Local Production

Where and why are your products manufactured "locally"?

The entire process takes place in Italy where we come from: from our fabric production to our products manufacturing.

Zero Waste

Which processes in your supply chain are "Zero "Waste"?

All our products are continuative, we do not have seasonality and mark down policy to avoid waste and unconscious consuption. The products are packaged in biodegradable cornstarch based bags and all the informative paper tags are replaced with reusable bookmark or QR code inside the composition label. Our products are finally delivered inside a reusable cotton bag!

How can you ensure that at least 50% of your total product range is "Vegan"?

None of our products use material, glue or other related to animals
