MAKEDA is a classical Pilates studio in Prenzlauer Berg, founded in 2015 by Jane Fiedrich and run today together with her daughter Lindiwe. Classes combine mat and reformer work, with small equipment and the tower in selected classes, in groups of up to four people. Solo sessions are available as well. The schedule includes Pilates for under-25s and Black Girl Pilates, a class for Black women and girls. MAKEDA is a Black-owned, family-run studio.
