Devoción buys its coffee beans directly from Colombia, processes them at their local facility in Bogotá, and sends them straight to Brooklyn, where they are freshly roasted just a few days later. Our editor-in-chief, Antonia, met the founder, Steven Sutton, at the Williamsburg coffee shop & roastery and was impressed by the fresh taste. Located not far from the incredible Manhattan skyline, the space features an iconic large wall made of exotic plants and a huge skylight that floods the room with daylight, inviting you to transport yourself to Colombia, where the coffee was born, and enjoy a moment of peace.
