MERRY GONG is a modern and heartfelt Qi Gong concept founded by Alessia, a certified Qi Gong trainer with a background in psychology. Alessia started MERRY GONG after a deeply personal experience during her breast cancer treatment. In the face of intense physical and emotional challenges, Qi Gong provided her with a sense of strength, grounding, and hope. Her mission is to share this practice with others and make Qi Gong accessible and easy to integrate into everyday life. Qi Gong is a centuries-old meditative movement practice rooted in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM). It is designed to cultivate the body’s life energy, known as qi, and aims to balance body, mind, and soul. Through gentle movements, breathwork, and visualization, Qi Gong helps soothe the mind, support the organs, and gently strengthen the body in a holistic way.
