One10 is a boutique reformer Pilates studio on Mittelweg in Hamburg, founded by Amy Cath and Juliane Kunz on a simple conviction: quality over everything. In a market of high-volume, platform-driven fitness, One10 stays deliberately small, featuring a handful of hand-picked, highly qualified instructors who know every client by name, and capping classes at eight people so no one moves unseen. The dynamic 50-minute sessions lean into a sculpt-focused approach throughout, thoughtfully extended with creative props, and now include a newly launched strength format. The space itself is soothing and beautifully designed, offering a pause from the city rush just outside the door. Movement here is mindful, effective, and genuinely fun, building strength and mobility while creating real human connection. Beyond Hamburg, One10 hosts luxurious reformer Pilates retreats in Mallorca.
