BEING SPACE in Hamburg, founded by visionary teacher and movement enthusiast Agnes Jovaisa, is a nurturing, nervous-system-friendly studio dedicated to yoga, somatics, sound, and mindful movement. Operating across two locations in Hamburg—the original studio at Hoheluftchaussee 53a (Hoheluft) and the second location at Kleiner Kielort 8 (Grindel)—the studio blends ancient yogic traditions with modern insights into the nervous system and body wisdom. Designed as a welcoming, inclusive space (all bodies & genders welcome), BEING SPACE offers a diverse range of trauma-sensitive classes and transformational experiences, from dynamic Vinyasa, Hatha, Jivamukti, and Embodied Yoga to restorative Yin Yoga, sound baths, breathwork, cacao ceremonies, and teacher training programs.
