Studio A is a beautifully designed wellbeing studio in industrial style (giving it a Brooklyn feel), tucked away in a quiet courtyard in the trendy Sternschanze district. Founded and led by former stylist and creative director Adelaida, she supports people in exploring greater body awareness, inner clarity, and emotional connection. The studio offers holistic courses and wellness treatments designed to promote relaxation: from movement-based Shake the Dust sessions to meditative Sound Baths, Somatic Yoga Nidra, and Yin Yoga. Through her Inner Dimension treatments, Adelaida also provides Brazilian lymphatic drainage and vegan, natural facials to emphasize relaxation and wellbeing. Thoughtfully placed details—from plants and art pieces to cozy seating areas—add to the studio’s unique charm. We think Studio A is one of Hamburg’s coolest and most relaxing studios. We especially love the Yoga Nidra class and Adelaida’s gentle lymphatic drainage treatments.
