Why we love this place
Yogazentrum Hoheluft in Hamburg-Eimsbüttel (located on Breitenfelder Straße) is an established sanctuary for Kundalini Yoga, mindful movement, meditation, and deep relaxation. Originally founded by Simran Kaur and Satya Singh in 1994, and now led by Sandy Lentz and Stefan Nissen, the studio is deeply rooted in the local community. The center specializes primarily in traditional Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, alongside specialized classes for pregnancy and seniors. Beyond physical postures, Yogazentrum Hoheluft offers meditative healing arts such as Sat Nam Rasayan, sound baths with gongs, and Vipassana meditation, making it a holistic space to calm the mind and restore inner balance.
