Why we love this place
ROOTS STUDIOS in Hamburg operates vibrant yoga studios in Rotherbaum and Ottensen, founded by Janka Oeljeschlager and Marie Claussen as welcoming hubs for deep physical grounding and community connection. The studios offer an inviting setting where practitioners can quiet the noise, build alignment, and anchor themselves through a robust Jivamukti Yoga practice. Classes range from dynamic Vinyasa flows and foundational basics to restorative Yin sessions and philosophy-infused practices. Alongside the regular schedule, the locations frequently host immersive sound baths, kirtans, and community workshops.
