At MIMAMAID Forest Bathing, the forest is used as a space for slowing down and engaging the senses. Guided by certified instructor Lara Keuthen, participants focus on mindfulness, presence, and gentle movement while breathing in the fresh forest air. Her forest bathing sessions can include “Waldbaden” with all senses, “waldbART” combining forest bathing with creative expression, or personalized sessions. The walks are gentle and suitable for all ages and fitness levels, aiming to provide a soothing effect on the nervous system and promote overall well-being. Sessions take place in the Sachsenwald, near Hamburg, allowing participants to experience the forest through observation, creative exercises, and quiet reflection.
