In a courtyard on Oranienstraße, sisters Lisanne and Kika Hellberg built their teacher-owned studio around Lagree Fitness on the Megaformer. Classes are slow, controlled and full-body, always in small groups, with a second Framework location in Prenzlauer Berg. Alongside the classes, Framework offers personal training and physiotherapy, led by co-founder Lisanne, a trained physiotherapist, so group training and individual guidance come together under one roof. With its close-knit team, Framework is a focused place to build strength at your own pace.
