Why we love this place
Our editor-in-chief Antonia loves Paleo and is therefore in exactly the right place at EGG SHOP. During her visit to EGG SHOP in Soho, chef Nick Korbee prepared her an egg bowl with quinoa, rocket salad and poached eggs to try, which had a refreshing dressing and was exceptionally delicious in the overall combination. EGG SHOP was founded by the couple Sarah Schneider and Demetri Makoulis and opened in 2014 as the first egg-centric restaurant with a seasonal menu of organic, locally sourced dishes for breakfast, lunch and dinner. EGG SHOP pairs fresh juices, creative & refreshing cocktails, and a selection of organic and biodynamic wines with their egg-centric dishes. Try it for yourself, you’ll love it!
