Why we love this place
ROOTS STUDIOS runs two vibrant yoga studios in Hamburg, in Rotherbaum and Ottensen. Founded by Janka Oeljeschlager and Marie Claussen, the studios are welcoming places for practice and community. At the heart of the schedule is Jivamukti Yoga, offering space to slow down, work on alignment and connect with your practice. Classes range from dynamic Vinyasa flows and foundational basics to calm Yin Yoga and philosophy-infused practices. Alongside the regular schedule, the studios regularly host sound baths, kirtans and community workshops.
