The market reflects the laid-back vibe of the diverse Hackney, with its natural charm and appreciation for creativity. In 2017, we met cookbook author Kylee Newton, known as The Modern Preserver who developed her chutneys and jams NEWTON & POTT in her nearby kitchen using traditional methods with an exotic twist.
