Carina Schmitz, based in Hamburg-Barmbek, is a health coach and practitioner whose practice is designed for those who spend too much time in their heads and want to rediscover their physical intuition and inner balance through certified Health Coaching (Inhesa | ICF-Member) and traditional Japanese Jikiden Reiki. Moving beyond rigid formulas, her work integrates resource-oriented systemic methods, stance work, the system board, and strategies for navigating change and conflict. Grounded in professional standards, her approach is also informed by her own lived experiences with transformation processes, migraines, and balancing family and career. She embeds Jikiden Reiki as an integral core of every session, aiming to cultivate mental clarity and bodily awareness together.
