Charlott Hadrath, a systemic coach based in Hamburg, supports people in navigating emotional patterns and relationship challenges. As a certified systemic family therapist (DGSF) with a degree in adult education, she combines her expertise in Kundalini Reiki, Human Design, and energetic constellations to promote your bodily and emotional awareness, as well as mental clarity. Her work is rooted in the belief that the resources we need to grow and evolve are already within us. With her intuitive, open, and solution-focused character, Charlott’s mission is to accompany you in deepening your self-understanding, so you can address fears, explore limiting thought and emotional patterns, and find clarity to live authentically from your own inner strength.
