LAB COLLECTIVE in Hamburg, founded by Sonja Maria Fuchs and Jamila-Maria Franzen, is a vibrant network of yoga studios dedicated to creating inspiring spaces for movement and mindfulness. With two distinct locations—Studio Lab in the quiet courtyards of Winterhude and Yoga Lab in the lively Schanzenviertel—the collective serves as a hub for practitioners looking for authentic, community-driven experiences. The studios offer a wide range of progressive classes, from dynamic Rocket Yoga, Vinyasa, and Hatha flows to strength & conditioning labs, restorative sessions, and handstand training.
