Carina Schmitz, based in Hamburg-Barmbek, is a certified health coach (Inhesa) and ICF member. Her work is for people who spend a lot of time in their heads and would like to pay more attention to their body and inner balance. She combines health coaching with traditional Japanese Jikiden Reiki. Her coaching draws on resource-oriented systemic methods, work on personal attitudes, the system board, and strategies for navigating change and conflict. Her approach is also shaped by her own experience with change processes and with balancing family and career. Jikiden Reiki is part of every session, with the aim of creating space for both mental clarity and body awareness.

Her offerings are complementary and not a substitute for medical diagnosis or treatment. Reiki is not a medical treatment and is not intended to heal illness.
