NEOME (New Era Of Me) in Hamburg-Eppendorf is a wellness studio founded by former radio host Debby Reuter. Instead of large, anonymous classes, the studio offers a personal setting with small group classes and 1:1 sessions in Jivamukti Yoga, mobility and strength training. The focus is on qualified instruction and individual attention, with plenty of space to connect with your body. Beyond the studio, Debby curates retreats in carefully chosen, peaceful places surrounded by nature. These include yoga retreats in the mountains at the Susanne Kaufmann Hotel, Ayurvedic Panchakarma retreats by the sea in Sri Lanka and yoga weekends on a quiet countryside farm. Each retreat offers time to reflect, relax and reconnect.
