ESCAPADA Health in Hamburg was co-founded by Emilia Herting, who holds a B.Sc. in Chinese Medicine and Acupuncture and an M.Sc. in Herbal Medicine and is a licensed Heilpraktikerin (non-medical practitioner). At ESCAPADA, Emilia combines traditional Chinese medicine with a focus on lifestyle. The practice offers acupuncture, herbal medicine, nutrition, mindful movement and self-care practices, with individual sessions tailored to each person. In traditional Chinese medicine, the aim is to support the flow of Qi and the body’s balance. ESCAPADA also brings together practitioners for osteopathy, facials and massages, Qi Gong and yoga, in a calm, beautifully designed practice in Hamburg.
