At Hagius on Torstraße, architecture, light, scent and sound shape the training as much as the workout itself. Brothers Nicolas and Timothy Hagius opened the Mitte studio in 2021. Small-group classes in strength, Pilates and boxing run alongside private training and personal consultations. In a separate area, the team also offers nutrition coaching.
