JuunStudios in Hamburg-Winterhude is a boutique studio for modern Barre, Pilates and matwork, founded by Laura Schneider and Christina Spiesberger. Located on Dorotheenstraße, a few minutes’ walk from U-Sierichstraße, the light-filled, warm space is an urban retreat for movement and community. The schedule includes dynamic, ballet-inspired Barre classes, core-focused Pilates and dedicated pre- and postnatal classes, and welcomes all bodies and fitness levels. Led by a team of experienced, trained instructors, juunStudios brings together strength, stability and mindful alignment, with plenty of good energy along the way.

Pre- and postnatal classes: It’s best to check with your doctor or midwife before attending, especially after giving birth.
