Why we love this place

An established sanctuary for Kundalini Yoga, mindful movement, meditation and relaxation.

Yogazentrum Hoheluft on Breitenfelder Straße is an established place for Kundalini Yoga, mindful movement, meditation and relaxation. Founded in 1994 by Simran Kaur and Satya Singh and now led by Sandy Lentz and Stefan Nissen, the studio is deeply rooted in the local community. The schedule focuses on traditional Kundalini, Vinyasa, Hatha and Yin Yoga, alongside classes for pregnancy and for seniors. Beyond physical practice, Yogazentrum Hoheluft offers meditative practices such as Sat Nam Rasayan, gong sound baths and Vipassana meditation, making it a place to slow down and turn inward.

Pregnancy classes: It’s best to check with your doctor or midwife before attending.
