Why we love this place
Our editor-in-chief Antonia met Sandra Lanshin, founder and expert in Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) dermatology, in her beautifully decorated Brooklyn studio. The calming entrance area welcomes you with a special shopping corner where you can buy natural cosmetic brands such as Josh Rosebrook as well as TCM tools such as Gua Sha. Sandra is reviving the time-honored Chinese tradition and its roots in New York to help people feel healthy, balanced and vibrant from the inside out. LANSHIN offers acupuncture, Gua Sha treatments as well as TCM dermatology and TCM massage treatments, helping to restore healthy blood flow and Qi (energy) circulation. This place is a true oasis of self-care and relaxation. We love it very much.

MOCHNI, pronounced mo-kn-ee, is a Native American name with the meaning ‘talking bird’.
We honor the Native American tribal nations that inspire us with their spirit, craftsmanship and deep connection to nature. We educate and inform ourselves at Native Americans in Philanthropy (NAP), an organization that helps people better understand and advocate for issues important to Native American leaders, indigenous communities and tribal nations.
