Why we love this place
LIMA STUDIO in Hamburg was founded by visionary entrepreneur, personal trainer, and sports therapist Linda-Maria Reich, featuring two locations—its flagship studio in Bahrenfeld (Celsiusweg) and a vibrant community studio in St. Pauli (Budapester Straße)—delivering a holistic approach to fitness, health, and well-being. The St. Pauli location specializes in small-group training capped at 12 participants, offering an energetic atmosphere with a diverse class selection including Gravity Circuit, Gravity x Yoga, Gravity Power, Lima Punch, Gravity Pilates, Mobility Yoga, and Functional Power. Meanwhile, the flagship Bahrenfeld studio focuses heavily on individualized care and tailored offerings, housing a comprehensive suite of services including bespoke personal training, expert physical therapy, professional nutrition coaching, wellness and beauty treatments.
