Why we love this place
Our editor-in-chief, Antonia, was recently invited by a friend to experience MIZNON Paris, located in the vibrant Le Marais district. As the first of now 40 restaurants worldwide, MIZNON’s concept is all about using fresh, seasonal ingredients to reimagine Mediterranean street food with a twist. The restaurant’s philosophy is simple yet unique: to capture the essence and flavors of each city and serve them in a pita. First opened in Tel Aviv in 2011, MIZNON has expanded to locations across the globe, from Vienna and Melbourne to New York City, with its Paris location being the first outside Israel in 2013. The brand’s creative force, Eyal Shani, brings his deep love for regional Mediterranean flavors like olive oil, tahini, and fresh vegetables into every dish.
