Balance, the Hamburg location among the 8 studios operated by the Balance Group across Germany, is a boutique reformer pilates studio run in cooperation with Eterno Health in the heart of the city at Bleichenbrücke 10 (2nd floor, via Eterno Health). Designed as a true oasis of well-being, the studio features a newly built reformer room equipped with 7 high-end reformers for exclusive small-group training, complemented by modern locker rooms with showers, a shop and café area, and dedicated personal training options alongside regular reformer Pilates teacher training. Classes can be easily booked via the “Balance Soul Studios” app or website using a flexible credit system where larger packages offer better value, and participants should note that grippy socks are required for all reformer sessions.
