Located in Hamburg Eppendorf, Luma Studio is a yoga and holistic practice founded by sisters Amelie and Cecilia. Together with their team, they create a nurturing space for movement, mindfulness, and female health. From dynamic Vinyasa and Pilates flows to Yin Yoga, Meditation, and Yoga Nidra, each class invites you to connect deeply with your body and breath. Cecilia specializes in prenatal and postnatal yoga, supporting mothers safely through practices with or without their babies, as well as women’s health. Amelie brings creative energy to Vinyasa and Pilates, while additional offerings in osteopathy and holistic care make Luma a complete space for movement, regeneration, and well-being.
