Led by founder Britta Köster, a professional dancer and trainer, Britta and her team of teachers focus on alignment, strength, and fluidity, helping you feel balanced, empowered, and energized. Align Studio is a beautifully designed workout space: it features high-quality equipment, a large mirror wall, Sonos sound system, ballet bars, yoga mats, weights, and a calming, welcoming atmosphere.
