Charlott Hadrath, a systemic coach based in Hamburg, helps people overcome emotional blockages and navigate relationship challenges. As a certified systemic family therapist (DGSF) with a degree in adult education, she combines her expertise in Kundalini Reiki, Human Design, and energetic constellations to support your bodily and emotional awareness, and mental clarity. Her work is rooted in the belief that everything we need to grow and heal is already within us. With her intuitive, open, and solution-focused character, Charlott’s mission is to help you deepen your self-understanding, so you can face fears, release limiting thought and emotional patterns, and find clarity to live authentically from your own inner strength. She also hosts the German-language podcast anders., which invites listeners to embrace honest self-acceptance beyond perfectionism.
