Nestled in Winterhude, Align is a bright, modern boutique studio for mindful movement. Classes combine contemporary movement techniques, including barre, Tone & Sculpt, Pilates and yoga, and are suitable for all levels. Personal training is also available. Founder Britta Köster, a professional dancer and trainer, and her team of teachers focus on alignment, strength and fluid movement, in classes designed to be challenging and enjoyable.
