Located in Hamburg-Eppendorf, Luma Studio is a yoga studio founded by sisters Amelie and Cecilia. Together with their team, they create a caring space for movement and mindfulness, with a special focus on women. Classes range from dynamic Vinyasa and Pilates flows to Yin Yoga, meditation and Yoga Nidra, each inviting you to connect with your body and breath. Cecilia teaches prenatal and postnatal yoga, with classes for mothers with or without their babies, as well as classes focused on women’s well-being. Amelie brings creative energy to Vinyasa and Pilates. Luma also offers osteopathy, making it a place for movement and well-being under one roof.
