One10 is a boutique reformer Pilates studio on Mittelweg in Hamburg, founded by Amy Cath and Juliane Kunz on a simple conviction: quality first. One10 deliberately stays small, with a handful of carefully selected, qualified instructors who get to know their clients personally. Classes are capped at eight people, so everyone gets attention. The dynamic 50-minute sessions are full-body and sculpt-inspired, creatively extended with props, and the schedule now also includes a strength format. The beautifully designed space offers a calm pause from the city rush just outside the door.
