Framework is a teacher-owned studio in Berlin-Kreuzberg, in a courtyard on Oranienstraße, founded by sisters Lisanne and Kika Hellberg and built around Lagree. Classes are slow, controlled and full-body, always in small groups, 50 minutes and taught in English. Personal training complements the classes. With its close-knit team, Framework is a focused place to build strength at your own pace.
