Why we love this place
Mat and Jess took a bold leap nine years ago, leaving stable careers to open their first FINK’S deli in Highbury, N5 which is now one of four thriving locations. FINK’S has transformed into a cherished take-away café with a well-curated retail selection. Everything is made from scratch, including sandwiches, salads, and cakes, using ingredients sourced from trusted local suppliers like Dusty Knuckle, Scenery Coffee Roasters, Wildfarmed, and Natoora. Their shelves are stocked with an impressive array of natural wines, spirits, and pantry essentials, many crafted just a short stroll away. Open every day, the focus here is on delicious, straightforward food and quality coffee throughout the day, with a commitment to supporting local suppliers. Their baked goods feature Wildfarmed flour, and they proudly offer Caravan Coffee Roasters and Dusty Knuckle breads and pastries.
